May Ipsy Glam Bag

So every month I am more and more impressed with the Ipsy Glam Bag. It seems like the bags just keep getting better and better. This month's glam bag was no exception! They actually did things a little different this month...not every bag was the same. The theme is "Spring Fling."

Here was my bag for the month of May.....

1. Pacifica Coconut Crushed Pearl Luminizing Body Butter
This stuff smells ahhhmazing! It reminds of the beach. It does feel very moisturizing, but I am not a big fan of glitter all over my body (GASP!! My 16 year old self just had a heart attack!) I will definitely use this stuff, but not if I have to leave the house. It is 2 Fl Oz. --a really good sized sample!!

2. Pacifica Tahitian Gardenia Roll-On Perfume
Okay, this is seriously the best perfume sample I have ever seen...not only is roll-on, but it is HUGE! It is 10 ml. Usually with perfume samples they are so tiny and you usually only get one use out of them. This sample will last for a long time! I have to say though at first I wasn't a fan of the scent at all, but I have tried it a few times since then and it is starting to grow on me.

3. Juice Beauty Lipgloss in Pink
I have tried a few products from Juice Beauty and I love ALL of them. Juice Beauty is an organic brand, so you don't have to worry about any of those nasty, harsh chemicals. This lipgloss smells so good! It smells like strawberries and is not sticky at all. It is a full sized product.

4. Zoya Nail Polish in Jacqueline
I love Zoya polishes! The formulation is pure perfection. I received Jacqueline which is a very pretty beige color. It was opaque after 2 coats. This is a full sized polish.

5. Yaby Concealer Refill in Pecan
Unfortunately, Pecan is definitely not my color. It is about 20 shades too dark for me. So I don't think I will be using this concealer. I was planning on giving it to a friend, but as I was taking a picture of it outside, it fell through my deck and went underneath the boards on the bottom deck. So needless to say, I won't be able to give this concealer away. :/

L'Oreal EverStyle Alcohol-Free Smooth & Shine Crème

I have been using L'Oreal's EverStyle Alcohol-Free Smooth & Shine Crème for the past 2 months and I have been dying to share this amazing product with you guys!!
I seriously can not say enough good things about it!

A little bit about the crème from L'Oreal:
It is a silkening crème that transforms dry, brittle hair to satin smooth with glossy shine. It conditions and seals the strand to help protect against damage from heat tools. This creme leaves hair brilliantly smooth and shiny. Resists humidity. No drying alcohols. Just brilliantly smooth and glossy hair.

  • 48-hour frizz control
  • Resists humidity
  • Alcohol-free
  • Paraben-free
  • Natural botanical extract
  • 100% vegan

  •
    Packaging:
I really like the packaging. It is a squeeze tube which I absolutely love! The tube stands upright and when you start running low with product you are able to squeeze it down to the bottom to be able to use the entire amount of product. You don't have to worry about wasting any of the crème!
It is 5.1 Fl Oz in size.

    Scent:
I am in love with the scent of this crème . It smells so good! I can't quite figure out what exactly it smells like..if you have tried this product or the next time you go to the store, grab this bottle and take a big whiff and tell me what that yummy scent is! The scent does fade after awhile, so you definitely won't get a headache from the scent.

    Price:
    $5.97 at Walmart
    $6.99 at Ulta

    Overall:
I would definitely recommend this product! It makes my hair so shiny and feel so soft. I love that it is alcohol-free, paraben-free, and 100% Vegan. It really does help smooth my flyaways and helps prevent my hair from becoming frizzy. You can't beat that price either!! The next time you are at the store, you should check it out!

Review: Sally Hensen's Insta-Dri Top Coat

    Hey there! Happy Wednesday!
I am always looking for a good top coat! All of the ones I have found always start out promising, but then let me down after a couple of uses. A top coat is one of the most important steps in painting your nails. It can determine whether your look lasts for a day or two or a week. A good top coat can make your nail polish last for a long time! I do not want to paint my nails every.single.day, so investing in a good top coat is a must for me!

    Enter my newest purchase..
    Sally Hansen's Insta-Dri Top Coat

I have been using this top coat for about 2 weeks now. It has definitely helped keep my nail polish looking its best! It dries extremely fast and just glides over my nail polish. It adds that shine that your nails crave! It does not create those tiny little bubbles that I have discovered some top coats leave on your nails.

So it is definitely looking really good for this top coat!!
What are some of your favorite Top Coats?

    Review: OraMD "The Mouth Doctor"

Hey there! I hope y'all had a wonderful weekend and Mother's Day!
I was sent the OraMD "The Mouth Doctor" a few weeks ago to try out. At first I was very skeptical because I usually don't review products other than makeup or beauty related products, but then as I started thinking about it..how much more beauty related can you get than your hygiene?! You can have your makeup looking flawless, hair done perfectly, but have yellow stained teeth with bad breath and it just completely ruins everything you worked so hard for with your hair and makeup! So I decided I definitely wanted to give this product a go!
Before I tell you my thoughts of the product, let me tell you more about it. The OraMD is a 3 in 1 product: liquid toothpaste, mouthwash, and breath freshener. It is 100% natural. Yep, no harsh chemicals in this bad boy! That right there got my attention..I am a sucker for the au naturale! It is made of 100% Pure Botanical Oils of peppermint, spearmint, and almond. It will help clean your teeth, gums, help fight bad breath and plaque build up. You can choose between Original or Extra Strength.

Here are the directions that they sent me on how to use the product effectively:

    Using it as a toothpaste:
Pour a few drops of OraMd on your toothbrush and brush like you normally would.

    Using it as a mouthwash:
Put about 2-5 drops in an ounce of water, and then use it like you would a normal mouthwash (swish and gargle)

Using it as a breath freshener:
Put a few drops (2-5) drops on the tip of your tongue.

    My thoughts:
Well, my first thought about this product was that the smell is very intense and strong! I tried it first as the liquid toothpaste and went a little too crazy on pouring the drops on my toothpaste. I learned my lesson very quickly...When it says 2-5 drops, I say use 3 drops at the most. With all of the "mints" that are in the product it can be very overwhelming and may cause you to run to the bathroom spitting it out and screaming because your mouth is burning. Let's just say it is very strong! When I finally realized to go easy on the drops, I really enjoyed the product! It was very useful when my husband and I went to Nashville to watch the Nashville Predators play and we had hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, and peanuts (oh yes, we pigged out haha), but didn't want to pull out a toothbrush and toothpaste in the middle of the game (because everyone always has those handy in the middle of a hockey game). We were able to have fresh breath in a matter of seconds without ever leaving our chairs and missing part of the game.

    Packaging:
I think the packaging is cute! If I saw it on someones bathroom counter it would definitely get my attention! It has a shaker top that you just shake to get the drops of oil out. This helps eliminate wasting the product. It is 0.5 ounces which is the perfect size to throw in your purse for on the go. It is glass, so you definitely want to be careful and not put the product somewhere that it could fall and break.

    Price:
    For 1 bottle: $22.97
    For 3 bottles: $45.94

    Final thoughts:
After you get used to the strong scent and the tingling sensation you feel when you first start using it, you will have some amazing smelling breath! I go to the Dentist in a few months, so it will definitely be put to the test to see if my dentist says my teeth and gums have improved any. It is on the pricey side, but if you do have problems with bad breath or gum problems and the mouthwash you are using just isn't working, then you may want to give this product a try. I do enjoy this product, but I think I will stick to just using it as a mouthwash. I still prefer using regular toothpaste.

Review: Bourjois Magic Nail Polish Remover

    Hey there!
So I'm sure everyone has either posted about their favorite Spring Nail Polishes or read about someones favorites, so I figured this would be the perfect time to post about a polish remover that I have fallen in love with. It is another one of the amazing products that Claire from PinkChickClaire sent me a couple of months ago.

    The Claim:
With Bourjois Magic Nail Polish Remover there is no need for cotton wool. Dip your nail in and after 1 second, you take them out cleansed!

Acetone-free formula is gentle on nails and cuticles
Enriched with nourishing sweet almond oil
    Paraben free
    Dermatologist tested

    What I say:
This is definitely my favorite nail polish remover that I have ever tried that you dip your finger in the bottle. It is seriously AMAZING! Although, it doesn't really take 1 second to remove the polish off the nail...I would say more like 5-10 seconds, but either way it is still less time consuming. For glitter polish it does take about 30 seconds...which is still not bad at all! I just dip my finger in and then twist it around the sponge a few time and voila! the polish is completely gone!

It does have a light nail polish remover scent, but also has a very fruity/citrusy smell to it. I really enjoy the scent! It is very moisturizing as well which is super nice!
    I highly recommend this product!

    Price & Where to buy:

£4.99 in the UK which is about $7.60 in the US
It is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it!

I don't think they sell the brand Bourjois in the US, but if you are in the UK
you can find it at Boots.
I guess all of us from the US will have to purchase this and other Bourjois online. :(
I wish the US still sold this brand because I really seem to enjoy all of the products I have tried from them.
