Well hello Gorgeous and welcome back to another Get Fit With Me/ Fitness Friday. Today I want to talk about motivation. You obviously have to have some sort of reason you want yourself to be your best self yet. It can be your spouse, your kids, a beach vacation that you are looking forward to and want to get in shape for..we all have that certain reason, but we need motivation along the way. I like to find stuff off of Pinterest and pin it to my workout board. By me reading motivation sayings or seeing the way I want my body to look definitely gets me off the couch and makes me want to do exercises and eat healthier. I wanted to share a few of the things I have pinned lately and maybe it will help motivate you as well.
